聖經記載，相信主的信徒也會與常人一般經歷失敗、逆境、病患、甚至死亡。然而，信徒可以在這些使人沮喪和害怕的處境裡，靠著神而充滿力量和信心，因為我們的保障來自創造穹蒼、又愛我們無比的神。盼望我們透過聽詩歌和禱告，依靠主渡過生命的大小難關。

主耶穌，我需要你幫助我，求你在_________的事情上幫助我，求你讓我在面對此事上有從主而來的信心、盼望和愛心，求你保護我(或其他人)免受心靈和身體的傷害，使我得到喜樂和平安。奉主耶穌的名祈求，阿們。
