任職校長快將一年了，我無忘初心，也常存感恩之心。能夠成為嶺南衡怡紀念中學的校長，我感到無比榮幸，更感謝上主一直的祝福和帶領。
過去一年，我見證同事們時刻堅守崗位，為每位學生付出再付出、我欣賞學生們能擁抱夢想和展現堅毅精神，更感受到他們的熱情純樸。我非常感謝校友們的無私奉獻，以及家長們的寶貴支持，你們每一位都為嶺南衡怡的過去、現在與將來擔當及履行了獨一無二的角色和使命，感謝你們！
我相信老師們不懈的努力和對教育的熱忱是細水長流的，感謝你們的付出，致力培育才德兼備的學生，讓他們發光發亮；在你們的引導下，學生才能握緊每一個學習、成長和超越自我的機會。
我們會繼續提升學生的求知精神和追求卓越的態度。此外，校董會、家長和校友的信任和支持、豐富的經驗和寶貴的貢獻，對學校的持續發展至關重要，亦為衡怡的未來奠定了堅實的基礎。衡怡的各持分者將繼續團結一致、昂首闊步，讓孩子能振翅高飛，在主愛中翱翔。展望未來，我滿懷希望和決心，繼續提高學生語文能力、推動學生追求卓越的自我，並努力營造一個更好的學與教環境，讓每一位師生都被重視和珍惜。

As the first year draws to a close, I find myself filled with profound gratitude and reflection. It is truly an honour to be able to serve as the principal of Lingnan Hang Yee Memorial Secondary School, and I am deeply thankful to the Lord for His guidance and blessings throughout this journey. I have witnessed the unwavering commitment and excellence of our colleagues, the enthusiasm and potential of our students, the dedication of our alumni, and the invaluable support of our parents. Each of you has played a pivotal role in shaping our school’s spirit and students’ future. Thank you.
To my esteemed colleagues, your tireless efforts and passion for education will not go unnoticed. Thank you for nurturing students with integrity and confidence. Your support has been a source of strength and inspiration. Under your tutelage, our students have embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and excel. The curiosity, resilience, and achievements of our students are a testament to the nurturing environment we have collectively created. To our Council members, parents and alumni, your continued support and engagement have been instrumental in our ongoing development. Your insights, experiences, and contributions have enriched our community and provided a concrete foundation for our future endeavours.
The support of everyone has endowed me with the strength and wisdom needed to steer our school towards new heights. Together, we have faced challenges and celebrated successes, and I am confident that our collaborative spirit will continue to propel us forward. As we look to the future, I am filled with determination and hope. We will continue to uphold our values, pursue academic excellence, enhance language proficiency, and foster the best teaching and learning environment where both teachers and students feel respected and valued.
