On 29 October 2016, our school’s Campus English Reporters visited Sing Tao News Corporation Limited in Shau Kei Wan. We had a chance to meet with the Education Reporter, Grace, from the ‘The Standard’ during the sharing session. Grace shared her experience of being an English reporter and how she started to work in the Newspaper industry. Our reporters understood better about a news reporter’s working life. Also, we had a guide tour in the Sing Tao Library Office where we learnt about the first English newspaper back in the 1980s. We visited the Editorial Department, the Layout Design Department and the Art and Production Office.
2016年10月29日的下午，Campus English Reporters 到達筲箕灣星島新聞集團進行參觀，我們有幸與星島集團旗下英文報紙 ‘The Standard’ 的一名教育記者進行簡單的交流。我們亦參觀了編輯部，美術部及資料室。同學對新聞記者的行業有更深入的認識。
