「聖靈的果子就是仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、溫柔、節制。這樣的事沒有律法禁止。凡屬基督耶穌的人，是已經把肉體與肉體的邪情私慾同釘在十字架上了。我們若靠著聖靈而活，也要靠著聖靈行事。」加拉太書5:22-25

橙樹能結出橙子，蘋果樹能結出蘋果；聖經說凡相信基督耶穌的人，就有聖靈進到他那裡(啟3:21)，這人的罪已經被主耶穌釘在十字架上時承擔了，若靠著聖靈而活，便可結出仁愛Love、喜樂Joy、和平Peace、忍耐Patience、恩慈Kindness、良善Goodness、信實Faithfulness、溫柔Gentleness、節制Self-control等的果子來。

因此，我們若在律己行善的時候遭遇挫敗，不用失心，因為聖經告訴我們行善的能力是由內心的聖靈而來，不是單靠自己的。讓我們多禱告，多依靠神，行出滿有聖靈果子的生命!
